Wolverton Un Limited will be holding an AGM on Thursday 22nd May 2008, 7.30pm at Wyvern School.
Formal business will include:
- Election of Directors to the Board of Wolverton Un Limited
- Proposal to amend Wolverton Un Limited’s Memorandum and Articles of Association to reduce the minimum age of company directors to 16 years of age from 1st October 2008 in line with pending changes to Company Law
- Proposal to appoint John Needham & Co Chartered Accountants to audit Wolverton Un Limited’s accounts
In addition there will be presentations on some of our current work, and time for questions.
